I like Filezilla. Especially the "File permissions..." feature, one can easily set the file permission without having to worry much about. You can even set permission for many files at the same time. Anyway, this only applies to Linux/Unix based servers. For Windows based servers, the file permission has to be set in the control panel.
I have used many other FTP softwares before. Nothing compares to Filezilla yet. Give it a try, my dear web folks!
